1. General Terms

By using the 499tk website and all associated services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

In this document, "499tk", "we" and "our" refer to the 499tk platform. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person registered on or visiting the platform.

2. Account Registration and Management

• If any person is found to have registered while under the age of 21, their account and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used to make the deposit.
• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing funds obtained from a bonus.

If fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected, 499tk reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal process and to notify the relevant authorities in accordance with anti-money laundering laws.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

499tk offers various bonuses and promotional offers for members. Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.
• The welcome bonus has a wagering requirement of 25x (deposit + bonus).
• The time limit to meet the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is activated.
• Each member is eligible to receive this bonus only once.

General Bonus Rules

• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time, unless stated otherwise in a specific offer.
• If a member is found to be abusing the bonus system, 499tk reserves the right to cancel that account's bonus privileges.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The 499tk platform offers various gaming options including sports betting, live casino, slot games and fishing games. All gaming activities are conducted fairly and transparently.

• The results of all bets and games are final and cannot be changed, unless a technical error is proven.
• 499tk will not be held responsible for any loss caused by an internet disconnection during betting; please ensure your connection is stable before confirming a bet.
• Participation in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
• 499tk reserves the right to void any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or technical errors.
• Live betting is available on various sports events including cricket, football and kabaddi.

Attempting to influence the system using any method outside the approved betting methods is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

7. Security and Privacy

The decision regarding deposited funds before account closure depends on the outcome of the investigation. If no rule violation is proven, the valid balance will be returned.
